EDITORIAL

The African Journal of Educational Research and Development (AJERD) present the 2024 Conference Edition, Volume 15, Numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 of September 1, 2024. The volume publishes empirical and scholarly research papers presented at the 7th Annual Conference of the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education of the University of Port Harcourt from March 11 to 14, 2024, with the theme: Managing Education for National Reconciliation, Integration and Economic Recovery. African Journal of Educational Research and Development adopts a multi-disciplinary approach and has continued to ensure continuous contribution, collaboration, knowledge transfer and knowledge
sharing in the global academic sphere.

In this volume, the scholars and researchers, using concepts from the four frontiers of educational management Educational Planning, Educational Administration, Economics of Education and Administration of Higher and General education, looked into the management of education for national reconciliation, integration and economic recovery. These include Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategies, Resource Management, Gender Differences in Digital Learning, Educational Management, Strategic Implementation of Inclusive Educational Policies, Vocational Education Management , Integration of Technoprenueral Skills, Value Re-orientation, Management of Anti-Social Behaviours, Empowerment, Teacher Professional Development, Financial Management, Students Management, Innovative Administrative Practices and Social Media Management, among others.
